To serve you better we have implemented a new on-line appointment booking system.  This will allow you to book/change your own appointments and receive reminders by e-mail. 

A few things you should know when booking your appointments:

·        Full grooms take at least 3 hours plus wait time, which is determined by where your dog falls on the schedule.  See below:

·        Wait times vary based on how many owners have already dropped off their dogs

·        Dogs are groomed in the order they arrive with the following priorities: 

o       Regular customers with appointments

o       Customers with appointments

o       Regular customer walk-ins.

o       New customer walk-ins.

o       MATTED dogs will be done last, so as to not throw off the schedule and inconvenience everyone else.

·        We are scheduling by drop off time.  You have two choices:

o       Drop off by 9:00 AM

o       Drop off after 9:00 AM, but not later than 1:00 PM.

·        If you need your dog out early, bring it in early.  This is especially true on Saturdays

·        If you have a specific time you need your dog out by, or if you want a first in first out priority, there is a field on the scheduling page to enter that.  You can schedule an appointment on-line up until 9:00 PM the day before

·        For same day appointments or if the Scheduler will not allow you to book your appointment, call the office at 954-389-8380 and we will work with you to accommodate your needs

·        The first time you use the system you will be allowed to create a user profile so you will not have to key in basic information each time you return

o       After your first use, you will simply login and schedule you appointment
